Pillow Shading KILLS this piece, you should try using another way of shading for this one.

Dithering in MSPaint isn't hard, it just takes a lot of time, and Time is an essential factor when doing Pixel art.

I see some of your other pieces uses a proper way of shading, and there's no reason that this won't shouldn't. I see potential, you just need to keep working on it

Over 29813 colors used, its not pixel art.
There's very little work on the piece itself as a whole since putting that song with the pink background only takes seconds of copypasting.

Recomendations:
- More detail on the character, perhaps shading this time around.
- Conserve more colors on the background by using a Bitmap, font try searching for them here.

...It's like you people don't look at my other art. I know this is possibly the worst too XD. I actually put detail into my others. I was aiming monotone in this. I have to many onts XD. I put 2-5 hours into all the other drawings I post here (depending on how big or small it is).

Photomanipulation is not Pixel art per-se, this would go on digital art.

Other than that, hitting a few filters doesn't exactly makes it good, perhaps only a background for a signature or something. You should put more effort in your work.
